We do not offer any refunds of any sort. Any unused credits will be lost if not used within the time period and cannot roll over. Each package/membership can only be used for 1 person only absolutely no splitting with a secondary person.

Please arrive on time. Exceeding our 5 minute grace period will result in loss of credit & and a late fee of $12 will automatically be charged.

Grip socks are mandatory to participate in class. No exceptions.

A 12 hour cancellation is required to a scheduled class. Cancellation must manually be done through your log in portal. System will not allow you to cancel if trying to be done after the 12 hour mark, any no shows will be an automatic $20 no show fee and class will be forfeited. We understand life emergencies happen — If you have an emergency event that occurred please remove your self out of the class (if possible) or if passed the 12 hour window send us an email and we will do our best to make an occasional exception for emergency circumstances. If you proceed with a late cancellation via email 5 hours before the class start time a $12 late cancellation fee will be applied. Please do not rely on an email or text as a form of cancellation, With our studios limited capacity of 6 reformers, our policies are very important to us as a small boutique studio.

When adding your self to the waitlist, please note it is a commitment you are making to attend class if a spot becomes available. You may remove your self from the waitlist at any time via your log in portal without penalty. You will know if you are added to the class no later than 12 hours ( note it may be before depending on how early someone cancels ) Please assure your spot on the waitlist to not miss out on any classes. An email or notification will be sent depending on your notification settings preference that you have been joined into the class.
